U3A INTEREST GROUPS
Anyone can form a group which develops its own programme to reflect the interest of the members.
One member acts as the convener to co-ordinate arrangements. Conveners can rotate.
Groups meet at a member's house during daylight hours. The venue rotates round the members of the group.
Usually eight is enough to form a group and most groups are about this number.
You must be a member of U3A to join a group. Contact the committee member who is in charge of groups – not the group convener.
